    Apache is used by either of those programs to make their services available on the web.
    chances are that you don't want your PC's resources available on the web.
    if you installed and are using one of the three programs on your PC, you should configure them NOT to use WEB and toncat6.exe won't start anymore.
    if you don't use it anymore, uninstall the program; hopefully it will uninstall Apache as well. otherwise or in case you haven't installed any of the programs, look in the Program list if Apache is listed and uninstall it.
    rather then killing the process tomcat6.exe every time, you should rather go into Windows Services and change the status from "automatic start' to disabled. deleting a program manually isn't usually a good idea because windooooz has the nasty tendency to restore files in its system folders after the user deleted them.
