    After you install you driver, you'll want to restart you computer. But before you do, go to Control Panel and open the you Sounds and Audio Devices and under the volume tab make sure that there is not a check box in the Mute volume there.

    1.You have to go to HP.com>software & drivers> enter your serial number of your laptop(as per the sticker placed at the bottom of your laptop).
    2.Select the correct drivers for your sound card & video card download & install them.
    3.I think you did not install correct drivers for both sound & graphics card which is causing both unable to work properly.
