It is not yet available. I am sure it will be released in a collection as his "Gentle Spirit" was.

From what I know the RIAA has completely folded on the whole issue, since it's cost them an insane amount of money to fight it. They've got this expensive hardcore legal team going for them, but the average settlement was only about $3,000. So the cost of the legal action they were taking was more than what they were getting, and they weren't making much of an impact.
I know when they were still on the warpath some of the ISPs were doing the whole warning/cutting service thing, but I don't know how the ISPs can continue without the RIAA backing them. Where the RIAA was getting access to peoples' IP addresses and activity records, the ISP can only look at the bandwidth. They'd need court orders like the RIAA had to get info on what that bandwidth was going to. If somebody's using a massive amount of bandwidth, there's a very likely chance that they're pirating stuff. But without a court order there's no way to prove that they weren't just watching a ton of youtube videos. And the ISPs, while certainly not in financial straights, don't have anywhere near the deep pockets and nasty lawyers that record industry does.
