You can't. They are vastly different versions of Windows.
You will need to use a driver that is exactly for that version of Windows sadly. Actually, that's the biggest problem of server drivers, most companies don't have support them, and they also don't like 64-bit drivers either.

There's no need for S-ATA drivers, Windows can use SATA drives immediately after installation of XP. Otherwise I'll be having a nightmare as my only hard disk in an SATA one as well.
