Download Arabic Fonts for Windows

    First go to control panel,
    If your control panel is classic view,go to "regional and language options" and click on languages and then select the second box.
    If it is category view,chose"date,time,language,and regional options and click on the "add other languages" and select the second box which is writen " install files for east asian languages ".
