    As above posted about a fried CPU, I disagree. I believe your CPU is fine, if it wasn't it would not post. 45C is not to hot for that processor, cooler is better, but you are no where near the danger point.

    You probably need to do a repair install of Windows, it sounds like either your program got corrupted in some way, or you have a major driver problem.
