    Open a command tool, and execute the f2c command from there. The utility uses command line arguments.

    That said, you may not be completely satisfied with the results. A converted Fortran file still has a few features that are transposed to c through the need to link with a library file that emulates the Fortran functions. This makes you c code quite ugly, and somewhat inefficient (common blocks, for instance, are a mess...).
