    Make sure you're logged in! You have to be registered to MTS and logged in for the downloads to work.

    If you're definitely logged in and it's not working, you need to enable cookies in your browser options. It's difficult to give specific instructions on how to do this as each browser is different, so Google something like "enable cookies in ______" with the name of your browser in the blank and you should find something to help you.

    Most of the time users get that message they're just not logged in/not registered. So make sure you've done that and try again!

    I guess you have the Canon HG10 like the one I have. To view the raw video files from the camcorder, I used Nero Showtime or sometimes Media Player Classic.
    You could download and install the CCCP codec pack at http://www.cccp-project.net/ . It has Media Player Classic and the codecs you need for video playback. Also since the videos are in high definition, you need a fast computer to play them without stuttering here and there.
