How can I download YouTube videos using SafariStand on my Mac OS X?

Load the video into Safari. Once the video is completely loaded, press and hold the Command key and then single-click (or left-click) anywhere on the video with your mouse. Select "Copy flv to Download Folder" from the drop-down menu and the file will be downloaded to your hard drive. You'll be switched to the Finder and the folder containing the downloaded video. If you've installed Perian on your computer, you can open the flv file with QuickTime. If not, use an flv player (see the links below).
