   XP Internet security is a rogue program called malware, and MUST be remove.
   Spybot is NOT able to eliminate the malware or you are not allowing it to do so. Yes you need to allow it to make changes.
   
   The BEST program to eliminate malware is Malwarebytes but in this specific case you need a program called Emsisoft Anti-Malware 6.0.0 HERE:

   It removes this threat. Download, install, update, and deep scan. Remove all it finds.
   
   Then run Spybot again and see if you are clean.

   Microsoft Office 2007 is 3 user licensed version so you will be able to install that software in your new laptop legally. Just put in the disk and run the setup and just install it. It is very simple, but as far as the security programs goes like Norton, Macfee and other they expires after a year so you won't be able to install that security software. you have to buy new security program for the laptop and also for your computer because it will probably be near expire date. But you will be okay for the Microsoft office.
   
   
   well if u don't have the copy then you can just download the trail version software for Microsoft office and then just enter the serial key same thing for Norton but as i already told you that Norton expires after a year so if you bought it before a year from now then you have to buy one for the computer and u can use the same Norton for the laptop as well because it is also 3 licensed software.
   
   For school for the internet i believe that getting a security program is still a secured way because if by any chance you have any virus on the system from the internet all the files may get corrupted and u have to restore the system and delete all the year work. So go with the security program.
