Assuming the hard drive has nothing on it.
Start XP. At the part prompt of the install tell it to create a 100 GB part and install to that. Do not create anything on the remaining parts of the drive.
Install Vista. At the part prompt do the same as above. Create a new 100 MB part in the unused part of the hard drive. Again leave the remaining part alone.
Finally boot to LINUX with the install disc. I don't use Fedora but theres prob a install that will allow you to use the remaining 120. Do that.
I've never done a triple install but in theory that should work.
