    Most of those accelerators use multiple simultaneous downloads at once. This aides in download speed dramatically. Download managers also are resumable so if for some reason you get kicked offline, you can pick the download where you left off at.

    Not all download servers allow multiple pulls. some do but most are blocked. Enjoy it while it works :)

    Maybe the server does not support "Resume" function.

    Try :

    FlashGet > Tools > Options > General > check "Still download from non -resumable sites".
