    Hi,

    Do not waste your money on tech-support, first try to identify what is causing this run-time error?

    1. It is because of JAVA?

    2. It is because of HTML debugger or something?

    3. If you have a registry fixing software (like Norton Utilities, Tuneup Utilities, Registry Mechanic) then try to repair the problem using these software (note: most of them are shareware so you can always download them and try for free)

    4. Try to down-grade to Internet Explorer 6 (by uninstalling IE 7)

    5. Nothing helps, then try to use Firefox or any other browser.
