   It's a scam. You can't win a lottery you haven't entered and bought a ticket for. The only money will be yours sent as fees to the scammer before you can be sent the imaginary prize.
   Look at the email and it will either not show your email address or was sent to "undisclosed recipients" as it was sent out in bulk. Do not reply.

   There is NO Yahoo lottery. Yahoo NEVER gives away money or prizes for any reason. Yahoo has an entire page warning people about this scam falsely using their name

   This is nothing but a scam to steal your identity and empty your bank account. All they have to do is make a fake ID in your name but their photo, walk into any branch of your bank, show the fake ID, give your account number, and your bank account is emptied. The bank won't help you get your money back as you willingly gave your account details to a complete stranger
