  1. What will be better- CrossOver Linux or Bordeaux? 2010-02-17 06:54:45

I have yet to try Bordeaux, but I have bought CrossOver and am thinking about buying it again years later. I look over information and reviews, because I haven't heard of it before you posted this question. I looks as though Bordeaux is just a Graphical interface to the freely available Wine program, it probably has a few tricks to make Wine easier and sometimes work better with certain programs. I would put my money on CrossOver, they are the sponsor and major developer of the opensource Wine, which is what all of the all their competitors use in their programs too.

  1. Windows Games on Linux? 2009-05-25 11:31:58

if it doesn't work on Transgaming, chances are it doesn't work on the rest. The best are WINE and Transgaming, and technically Transgaming was built from WINE. So you're out of luck bro.

    Just install Windows alongside Linux.

  1. How can I get Microsoft Office 2007 to run on Wine? 2009-03-04 11:15:05

I suggest you create a multi-boot system using a program such as EasyBCD. It would allow you to run Ubuntu and another OS (windows based would be easier).

If that isn't possible, i would suggest downloading Knoppix and creating a dual-boot system using that. Knoppix is a reliable linux OS that can run OpenOffice.

    Hope that helps
