There are 80 Million iPhones plus 2 Million iPads out there and you want a blue lego for you're whole site?? Start with HTML to develop it and CSS for positioning and Javascript for the effects. Go to Nettus.com to get started in real web design. W3schools.com also helps you learn web languages.     1) If you would like to have flash movies on your website you will need to download a trial version of Flash: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=flash
    and then learn to use it.

    2) A fade effect on the website is achieved by creating a thin image with a width of 1 pixel and a height as long as you want your fade effect to span. Then make a gradient with the starting color at the top and the ending color at the bottom of the image.
    Once the image is created, put it in the HTML page using CSS (cascading style sheet) and have it tiled horizontally, this will give you the nice fade effect.
