   Not legally. You can try to apply for there Pilot Program, if your at least 18 and on the internet often. Fill out this form for your chance to try there OS.

   The OS is on there unmarked black 12" laptops ONLY. Will not be your personal computer of your choice.
   
   Chrome is a cloud based operating system, so when your not online you can't really do much. You wont be able to install any programs on it.

   get rid of avast and get Microsoft security essentials. It is safer and saves a lot of space. other that that just use Google chrome or Mozilla. there is no need for both. i would suggest Google chrome
