   Choose only the best! I prefer griddling T-bone, Sirloin, or RibEye steaks.
   
   The first 2 sites above have lots of good information on beef in general and excellent recipes.
   The other site is for your education on the myths attached to beef and red meats in general.
   
   A serving of meat is 3 to 4 ounces, but I generally eat twice that much and leave off the starches and have just a tossed green salad with it.

   Scrabulous is the best site for polite, friendly Scrabble players. I have been playing there for months now and no other site beats it.
   
   The owner himself is online many times and therefore no one misbehaves. The chat in the lobby is very friendly and you can relate to it. Oh and most of the opponents are amazing.
   
   If you like Scrabble then you should be at Scrabulous. They also have user profiles there so you can see who you are playing with. And so far it is the only site where I have got responded to my emails.
