I think there are many. If you could search it thru google or elsewhere you'll find many offering various paaths and kirtans . If you wish you can even download kirtan videos from youtube , there are plenty of them up there . If you're asking to download the SGGS text there are again many sites offering you to download it. You can even find translation/transliteration of it in english. I remember I had downloaded the entire thing incl. translation and transliteration and also when it was divided in various paaths. I think I downloaded it from here: http://www.gurbanifiles.org/translations/index.htm
However it's difficult if you want to download audio of the entire SGGS. you can find it in parts but not the whole thing together.
Besides, there might also be 'vyakhya' of individuals reflecting upon the SGGS . I personally got audio of Sant Maskeen ji's vyakhya of certain parts of SGGS and Osho's vyakhya of Japji sahib from a friend.
