    She's going to be a doctor so lighten up. If she's a good daughter, then she'll help take care of your parents after they retire and she is a wealthy doctor. Life is a cycle. When you are young, your parents take care of you. When you get older, you take care of them. Karma balances all so don't worry. But I do agree with your annoyance over her excessive spending. Maybe you should just ask her to spend less, but as long as it doesn't effect you directly, try not to be so worked up over it.

    It doesn't seem to be an equal partnership, does it? He is sweet and accommodating, but you certainly seem that way too. Tell him you want him to contribute more to the relationship and look for actions, not words. Eventually, you may lose all respect for him, which will ruin the relationship.
