    It's definitely about sex. Have you seen the movie? Forgetting Sarah Marshall...
    The movie's an Apatow film, they're all comedies that usually have something to do with sex.
    The song was written for the movie. Russell Brand's character sings it to Sarah Marshall while they're in Hawaii and later on he declares his views on sex, that basically he thinks he can stick it in anyone haha.
    So, I'm pretty sure they wrote this song as a joke and it's referencing sex.
