    Ok, springboard is not a program or app. Its the technical name for your homescreen (the main screen of your iphone)
    Secondly, download winterboard, its just the newer version of summerboard.

    Try leaving it on until it dies then recharge. If that does not work than you sadly will have to force restore your iphone. Press the home and power button for 10 seconds then release power button only. Continue holding home until a disk appears. Connect to iTunes a choose restore.
