    Yes there is a 2.0.1 update, but I don't know whats the difference.

    If you upgrade from 2.0 it's free.

    But if you buy the 1st generation it'll cost $10 to get to 2.0 then 2.0.1.

    hi. chances are, you have the firmware for the iPhone downloaded illegally somewhere. Dont worry, im not getting into the legalities of this. Anyway, you need the ipod Touch firmware. You can get it off of a Torrent site or simply buy it.
