very often they are not fonts, but hand-drawn logos or fonts that have been used as a basis then altered manually by the designer. if there are two of the same letters used which are not identical it's very likely to be custom drawn - with a font, everytime you use the letter 'e' (for example) it will be the same.

take the 'job for a cowboy' name here:
    http://i.walmart.com/i/p/00/03/98/41/46/0003984146142_500X500.jpg

you'll see that none of the letter 'o' characters are identical. some have lumps, some don't, some are fatter at the top, some aren't. HOWEVER, as i've said some people will use a font as the basis then hand draw over the top to get something unique - for example the 'job for a cowboy' logo seems to be based on 'ghastly panic':
    http://www.dafont.com/search.php?q=ghastly+panic&nb_ppp_old=10&page=1&text=jobforacowboy&nb_ppp=10&af=on&psize=l&classt=alpha

the j/f/r/a/c are practically identical, but have been slightly altered manually. the other letters more so.

after downloading, extract the *.rar file with winrar from http://www.rarlabs.com and put the *.ttf that was inside into your c:\windows\fonts folder - it'll then be selectable in nearly all of your windows software including photoshop.
