    Your attempt to remove the bad stuff by yourself seems to have damaged Windows. If your computer has Windows stored on a hidden part of the hard drive it will show if you press F8 during startup. If it is not there you will have to buy a Windows Setup disk (the upgrade type disk will do) and allow that to format the hard drive and reinstall windows. Will have to get an external CD drive. Note you will loose all your My Documents files this way.
    You can also take the computer to any large electronics or computer or office supply store and have their service dept. try to save your stuff. It will not be cheap.
