    I use Nero 8 which isn't much to different than 7.

    Instructions:
    Start up Nero Express and on the left side, choose "Image,project,copy".
    Then on the right of Express, choose "Disc image or saved project".
    Point the program to the img file. on the page that opens, choose the burner you want to use, then click "Burn".

    Very simple process. You just have to make sure that your img will fit on a CD or a DVD.

    Click Start > Right Click on My Computer > Click Properties. A window will come up, and under system it will say what service pack you have. If you don't have service pack 2, go to windowsupdate.microsoft.com and follow the steps from there. If you have dial-up, give microsoft a call, and see if they will send you out a service pack 2 or 3 disk. Good Luck!

    First try to install the latest Microsoft.NET framework, if this fails then make sure you install all the latest updates from Microsoft. If this fails, reboot the computer into safe mode (Keep pressing F8 before the Windows Logo pops up). Your resolution will be huge, don't worry, you haven't broken anything :). You should see a new user called "Administrator". Sign into that account, it shouldn't have a password. Then try to install your programs, if this fails, re-create the account you were originally trying to install the programs on and try installing again in normal mode.

    If all above fails, re-install Windows.
