The closest MMO to WoW is Runes of Magic. It is made by a company named Frogster which is actually a subsidiary of Blizzard. If your not willing to pay for WoW that is your best bet.

Here's a list of those that fit your requirements and the numbers that they fulfill.
1. Hikaru no Go - It's kinda like Yugioh, only with a board game instead of cards and a Japanese ghost instead of a pharaoh trapped in an ancient artifact. I used to read the manga, and it's pretty good. The manga is drawn by the artist for Deathnote. Think the author's different, though.
2, 3, 4, 5. Berserk - It's about a super strong man cursed with a mark that attracts demons who goes around fighting stronger and stronger demons on his path to destroy the one who cursed him.
2, 3, 4. Fist of the North Star - This story is pretty much the inspiration for the Dragon Ball series.
2, 3, 4, 5. Knights of the Zodiac - This screamed Dragon Ball when I read it. I think the anime is similar, but I haven't seen it.
2, 4. Loveless - Considering the rest of the anime you've listed, you won't like this one very much, but it has a portion of the population with special powers and the main character is even more gifted.
2, 3, 4, 5. Sorcerer Hunters OVA - I haven't finished watching the OVA yet, but it's much closer to the manga, where a group of people have to save the world from a guy who's trying to use one of them as a weapon to destroy it. It's pretty mind-trippy manga, but really funny. And the OVA sticks more with this story. The OVA and "Spell Wars", which is what the last four tapes of the anime are called.
3, 5. Those Who Hunt Elves - The main characters are not only called upon to save Earth, but another world as well. The ending wasn't very good, but the series as a whole was amusing.
You can watch most of these on Veoh and Youtube (crunchyroll might also work for a few), but some are rarer and you'll have to buy them.
