    yes it does this is a virus that someone sent to you in a message. At least you don't have the devil guy luaghing while your browser is closing down. As far as I know there is no fix for this problem yet.
    i was wrong maybe there is a cure go here

    Well it is a USB worm infection on your system. It usually spreads through USB drives. To remove it try the following

    1) Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to summon up Windows Task Manager.

    2) Go to the Processes tab.

    3) Look for and terminate svchost.exe that goes with your username. Note that svchost.exe with the name "SYSTEM", "Local Service" and "Network Service" are all legitimate and should not be removed.

    4) Now navigate to and delete the following folder if present: C:\heap41a\

    The folder heap41a is mostly superhidden
