They've been around for a long time. So, it's possible that they work sometimes with certain people, probably depending on what their goal is.
If there's something you want to learn, or want to change about yourself (that you can change), I guess they would be worth a try.
But they would have their limitations. You could never talk yourself into growing taller, for example, no matter how many tapes you might listen to. And don't rely exclusively on them. Make a conscious effort to learn what you might want to learn or change what you want to change (such as becoming more
outgoing, for example). If there's a chance they're going to work, they would only be a helpful aid in addition to your other efforts.
So, spend a few bucks if you want to and give them a try. It's probably worth a shot. Just don't spend a lot of money. I would be wary if some salesman is trying to sell you an expensive set of tapes!!

The answer is I cannot. Paul's techniques are raged about on dozens of web sites and all are positive. He also criticises himself only to re-affirm how good the techniques are, so its a toss up between good marketing and genuine performance. Select BS firewall mode before reading possibly.
There are free Paraliminal downloads you might try, and as long as they do not influence you to buy more, its all good.
If you find it works and have something specific in mind, copy the technique. Running a voice over onto a sound track might be hard at first but a breeze once you get going. All the best and hoping I don't get shouted at.
