You give us all the details of your systems, etc...How about giving us also the details of your hardware? With your information you gave, I can't find something wrong on it.
It would be wise to replace that power supply regardless of whether or not it is the source of your problem. not only will it fail to provide it's 'rated' power output, but if it's on it's way out then it may take some other components out with it.Get the possible highest wattage(like 500 watts or higher?) you can put in your computer.
Besides your power supply unit as a possible culprit, check your temps as well to make sure nothing is overheating.
