    I doubt any exist because a Playstation Network points card gets activated at a cash register, so basically the card so only usable when you buy it, and chances are, the person who bought it is going to activate it before you can even get your hands on their code.

    They dont exist, if you do find one, it'll be a scam.
    The numbers on a PSN card and for that matter any other card are all stored on a database, when the card is bought and scanned at the till in the shop, this activates the card. Without the number being activated, it's useless...
    Buy them like the rest of us.
