    The only site that I remember seeing was megaupload. But, I'm not sure if it's legit. Go to youtube and search for "Pokemon heargold ROM download English", there are some videos that cover this topic, and also provide links, which I assume are the links for the download.

    Yes, it's different from those such as Ruby/Sapphire/Emereald/Leaf Green/Fire Red...etc... they all are gba gamrs but games like Heart Gold/Soul Silver/Diamond/Peral/Platinum/Black/White are all ds games meas- they can be played only on No$Gba or No$Zoomer Emulator (download them first) then you can play Pokemon Heart Gold ds rom game on it.
