    5 bucks AUD. From what I hear an artist gets around 1-2 dollars from a "real" cd sale. This method is almost guaranteed to make them more money. Most people would have downloaded the thing for free rather than pay retail cd price, by letting people name their price they get a small amount from a fairly large number of people and zero from some. The diehard fans will prolly download it AND get the super expensive discbox for 80 pounds. Certainly a profit maximising strategy. Nice work.

    I think the queue for sending out confirmations is backed up. From reading the message boards, it looks like lots of people are still waiting for their confirmation code to download.

    I haven't been able to get the website to let me complete a transaction, let alone get a confirmation code. I finally gave up and snagged the files from elsewhere.

    Now I just hope I'll be able to get the box set at some point, perhaps when that site is less strained.
