    The song probably doesn't go with the Naruto theme, but "The Great Warrior" from FF7 would fit that chapter very well. It's kind of a sad song, mixed with moments of honor and pride. It's a song about remembering the life of a great warrior. (Red XIII's father)

    It is from the FF7 soundtrack, disk 3, track 3. It is the song that played during the cut scene in FF7 where Red XIII is having that flashback about his father, or maybe it was a dialogue with his father before he died. Either way, it was a VERY similar scene to that chapter of Naruto, and the song was written specifically to set the mood for it in the game, so it'd be a good fit..... I remember tears welling up while watching that scene 10+ years ago. :)
