    i've found out how. you go onto the sims 3 website, go on exchange, then sims and type in the name of someone and hopefully the person will have been made!

    You create other sims and make them celebrities :) its a bit silly really i think the sims should have imported celebrities in instead of making you make them all. Would have made it better.

    First think to do is make sure you are looking in the right place. In create-a-sim you need to click on the pre-made sims box and look in there. (sorry if you already knew that)
    If not then it depends what type of file it came in when you downloaded it. If you downloaded a sims 3 pack then just double click it and it should open up the launcher and install. If it is a package file you need to get a resource.cfg file (I got mine from mod the sims) and then copy it straight into your mods file (I can explain in more detail if needed).
