You have a very nice setup, just I suggest you get 2 geforce gtx 560 ti and sli them (it outperforms 1 gtx 580), and get a 1000w power supply (i reccommend corsair) to handle those 2 video cards with ease. If you look at www.anandtech.com GPU benchmarks you'll get much more info from there.
Also if possible get a 250 GB SSD instead of HDD, you'll be surprised how much faster you'll load videos. If I'm not mistaken, it runs almost 10x faster than your average HDD.
