    No, that's NOT what Tasker is for.

    Tasker is NOT a task manager. Tasker reacts to a certain condition, either physical or logical, and executes a series of commands.

    For example, one of the popular ones is if your car's Bluetooth speaker connects, execute the "car mode" app, as you're obviously in a car.

    How the apps start or not is up to the Android OS itself. You can influence it with a task killer, but the more you mess with it the less smooth it will run.
