I'm guessing you've installed the wrong Display Driver. Goto Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc). Right click your display adapter (Number Nine Visua) and select uninstall. Restart if necessary. This is the correct display driver for your model. Download and run it. You do not have to install it to any specific location. Just run it and it will do its job.

You should be able to simply drag the .8xp or .8xk files from your file browser to the TI-Connect icon on your desktop, which, assuming if the TI driver is installed correctly, will begin the transfer. Make sure your calculator is turned on and TI-Connect can properly detect your calculator.
