I dont see any executables or reg settings that look overly suspicious but I do see that you have been a naughty girl sharing files on the internet;-)

paste your log there. I pasted what you have in your question. It looks just fine. there isn't any suspicious running processes.
to be sure I would run mbam - http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
mbam a free spyware scanner. Its one of the better ones out there since its updated very often. after installing run the update, let mbam get its latest version and run a full scan.
If it finds nothing and you still feel as if you are running slow you can try out CCleaner - http://www.ccleaner.com/
CCleaner will clean up temp and internet files that are stored on you computer. It does a great job at this. Then the registry cleaner is amazing. It will delete a bunch of keys which sometimes bog up the system.
Note CCleaner will ask you to create a backup of youre registry before cleaning the registry keys since it is a sensitive part of the system. I recommend making a folder called ccleaner-backup and store your backups there.
Check the laptop's BIOS. Press F1 or something while it is booting up. You should check your settings for Power Saving features there.
Also in the Power control panel, check for "Hibernate" button which may have more setting options than you currently see.
