    You need to install the same print drivers on the PC they are CONNECTING to. Make sure the drivers are the same version also. You can add the driver by opening PRINTERS AND FAXES, then click FILE. SERVER PROPERTIES, click DRIVERS TAB, click ADD. Reconnect, and the printer should show up.
