Sweet Ann is bought from the PowerFX website, look it up on google. It can be purchased as a boxed version or the cheaper downloadable version. I recommend Ann and Al, both are the easiest of the V2's to use. However, be wary their accent makes them sound funny. Prima and Tonio are specialised vocals so need tuning skills and from exeprience of Sonika... Well... Theres a lot to say about Sonika and all of it is negative. Buy her last, seriously, yu need perfect tuning skills for her.
Also, make sure you install them in release date order due to their different engine versions.
I myself own Tonio, Prima, Big Al and Sonika. I rate Sonika as the worst, quality wise Big Als' the best, for less bugs Prima's second and Tonio third. though get Prima and Tonio correct and they out sing some of the Japanese Vocaloids!

Also you can turn Japanese software into english, but the vocals remain Japanese take note.
