Download the songs directly from NicoNicoDouga using Nicosound (Or Nicomimi.)
I use Nicosound.

If you can find the link to the original posting for the song on NicoNicoDouga, or the 'sm' of the video, then you can download the song (As well as any other song on NicoNicoDouga) using Nicosound.
How? First, you will need to find the version of the song you wish to download (Most likely on YouTube) and make sure that within the videos 'Info' box, the user has listed a 'sm' or original NicoNico link. Either of these will work. The 'sm' of a video, typically says 'sm' and then a series of numbers ( ex. sm6437728 ). You will need to copy this.
After you have the 'sm' or original NicoVideo link, go to http://nicosound.anyap.info/ and paste the link or 'sm' into the search bar at the top. Then select the button next to it and the site will take you to the page where you may download the song in mp3 format. You can confirm that it is the correct song by using the player below the first box.
Lastly, to download the song, click 'パソコンへ転送' which can be found in the bottom info box on the bottom right.
This process can then be used for /any/ song listed on YouTube that has an 'sm' or NicoVideo link. Happy downloading ~ ♥
To download music/songs from Nicosound, you must first have the 'sm' for the original video from which you wish to rip the audio. This 'sm' can typically be found in the youtube info box on the side, or at the end of the original nicovideo link.
To find the songs download page, you go to 'http://nicosound.anyap.info/' and copy/paste or type the 'sm' into the search bar at the top right of the page and click the button next to it ('mp3 and a face'.)
When you are at the page of your song, look down towards the bottom where there will be a box with information about the song. In the bottom right corner of that box is a button titled 'パソコンへ転送.' Click that, and you'll be downloading the mp3 of your song.
