    I assume you have Windows equipment. The first thing is to get the video onto your hard disc. Record your speech as a .wav file. Then pick your video editing software. Usually, the software has a timeline. You insert tracks upon the timeline of video(s) and/or audio. Render out to the hard drive as a composite. To upload, you can save some connect time to youtube, by making the video a Flash format video (but you can also upload a full sized vid file and youtube converts). The composite on your hard drive could also make a DVD with other software.
