    your camcoder video is dvd format, but for windows movie maker, the accepted formats for import are .WMV/.ASF, .MPG (MPEG-1), .AVI (DV-AVI), .WMA, .WAV, and .MP3, so you should rip your dvd video to one of them(recommend wmv).

    save it as WMV or AVI video in WAX so that it could be imported into Windows Movie Maker. Or if you like, try SUPER to convert it to almost any format you want. But I have not tried. Maybe you could :)
