   Only Microsoft knows exactly what SP1 fixes. And they tend to speak in generalities about their SPs. But if you want to read what they have released on it, that can be found on their website.

   You definitely should load SP1. But there's no way you have SP2 because Windows 7 only just had SP1 released in the last few days. If you used to have Vista, perhaps you are thinking of that because it is up to SP2

   Service Packs are intended for a specific operating system. For Windows 7 there is no Service Pack yet, so that Service Pack 2 which you have downloaded is not intended for Windows 7. If it will install at all, it will only ruin your computer, resulting in you having to reinstall it completely. Windows Live Movie Maker can simply be downloaded from http://get.live.com You are thinking too difficult. ;)
