Well, Noblesse is my favorite. It's about a vampire who went to sleep for a long time, and after looking out his window, seeing that most of the population there are wearing white uniforms, he dresses like that too, and gets out of the room. It turns out that uniform was a school uniform. But the principal of that school, is also his servent.
It doesn't have romance, and the entire manhwa isn't set in the school. It's really good, so I suggest you read it.
The second one is Yureka. And I'm just going to copy and paste a summary for this one.

When will the latest chapter of Witch Hunter come out? 2010-11-30 18:42:50
The definite release dates has not been given yet
For number 11 the news was given at July and it was published in November
So I think we have to wait quiet a bit +0+
Some people are saying June but I wouldn't bet on it
Looks like they haven't updated in a long time- my guess is if they do add another chapter it isn't gonna be anytime soon.. I would suggest you move on and try to forget about it- I've had to do this with multiple mangas/manhwas I love ;_;
