It's very good but just a few mishaps: You spelled "DETAILS" wrong.
To obtain a teaching position that will enable me to utilize my skills and abilities. As well to further develop my current teaching skills...... (it should be "To obtain a teaching position that will enable me to utilize my skills and abilities, as well as to further develop my current teaching skills....)
Also the sentence where you stop, and then say "Along with.." Doesn't grammatically make sense.
You should either do ( as an ESL teacher, along with ...) or (as an ESL teacher. Also to obtain a position...)
That's basically it. Even so, it sounds good! I'm just a grammar nazi.

I do know of a few students in my (local) school whom are from expat families. All local schools prepare students of sufficient academic ability for Cambrige certification. However in local schools, there may be a restriction on subject combination, as certain subjects may not be offered in a school or that the school deems that only those whom have shown high ability (example scoring above 65% for Additional Mathematics for entry exam) are eligible to take certain subjects, since local schools are ranked by their O level and A level results. Also, there is a requirement to take a Mother Tongue subject, which a foreign student can apply for exemption subject to ministry approval.
